Windows 10: Printing card on HP Envy 7858

I used to print blue mountain greetings card with an Hp Photo 7525 printer with windows 10 and I want to print a blue mountain card with HP Envy 7858. It will only print everything on 1 side. Why won't it print on both sides of the card

Printing problem.

The make & model of my printer is: HP Envy Photo 7858.

I went to HP & downloaded their recommended updates. But...I know they downloaded but I don't know how to check to see if their installed.

I'm assuming their not installed because the print box still wants to print to file.

Another suggestion?

Unable to print using HP Envy 5055 printer

I understand that you are unable to print using HP Envy 5055 printer. I’ll certainly help you with this issue.



However, please let us know:

• Are you facing this issue only while printing Excel documents?
  
• Do you receive any error code/message?
  
• Were you able to print documents earlier?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try running
HP Print and Scan Doctor on your computer this will diagnose the issues with Printing.



You may also want to try reinstalling the drivers from HP website:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095768. Try installing the recommended drivers and check.

HP ENVY 5530 does not print certain files

Hi,

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• 
  What exactly happens when you try to print the envelopes? Did you receive any error message?
  
• 
  Did you install any third party security application?
  
• 
  Is the model HP 5530 or 5530e?
  

This issue may arise due to out dated drivers. As an initial troubleshooting step,
I suggest you to run printer troubleshooter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click Printer.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps to resolve the issue.
