    Printing email issue with Yahoo Mail and Firefox


    Good morning! I have a technical inquiry that I need assistance or guidance regarding printing of email correspondence in my Yahoo account. I have been experiencing issues with specific emails not completely printing. To be more specific, I wanted to print a copy of a cancellation notification from a campground and when I attempt to print none of the details print but I get blank pages. IE -reservation number, date of reservations and such.


    What do I need to do to resolve ability to print detailed information when email would contain personal information - ie monetary amounts and such


    As a work around, I generate a PDF file which is an alternative solution as I have to crop the document to obtain the information to appear.



    Thank you for any suggestions or recommendations.

    Hi Kieth,

    Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

    We suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
    • Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
    • Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
    • Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

    Let us know if the issue persists after following the steps above.
