Windows 10: Printing from Win32 application - 22H2 AND 24H2 - revived old thread

Since this thread is locked and can't be commented on any longer, I'm starting a new thread as I've run into an issue related to this. Printing from Win32 application

I use a third-party software one of the companies that uses the Palm Desktop Companion Link. The software on the computer is Deja Office. I attempted to print, and the normal Windows Print Window did not appear but a different window showing "Printing from Win32 application" appeared. I have never seen this type of print window before. The software crashed. I copied the notes to the note pad and attempted to print the same message "Printing from Win32 application" appeared. I transferred the notes to Word 2019 and the normal print option appeared.

The "Printing from Win32 application" appeared after the last Windows 11 update.

How do I restore the regular Windows Print Window.?

I ran all the printer test and there were no errors.

 

Win32 printing application minimizes primary application after printing!

We're a small garage business and we recently replaced our old windows 10 computer with a new windows 11 machine and whenever I use our garage main computer application to print invoices using "win32 printing application" I have two problems.

1. The preview does not show up

2. upon printing it minimized the main application

The minimizing of the main application and and absence of the preview did not occur on our older PC.

Please help me out!
