Windows 10: Printing issues

my printer recently stopped printing I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. printer spooler is set to automatic and is started and running. I am currently operating under windows 10pro and it was installed on 8/27 and started having the issues about 2 weeks ago my printer is the HP Officejet 4650 and I have talked to them they have looked at everything they could and had told me there may be an issue with the printer spooler but now I am getting an error when trying to printer from Microsoft edge saying it has experienced an unexpected configuration problem and when trying to print through any Microsoft office program goes into the queue and doesn't print anything out and then is no longer in the queue please help

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
