Windows 10: printing problem via WIFI

I recently got a new modem via comcast. now my WIFI printer doesn't work, however when I changed the printer to my new name for the new modem and put in the password it started printing what was in the que. The printed printer status report looks fine but when I tried to print again it said printer was offline. However when I look at the printer status it shows "ready". if I go into my printer directly and click on my new modem name and put the password in again, it will start printing?? It appears that the printer is not keeping my password. is there somewhere on my PC that I need to also put that information or what is going on? It does not appear to be a "printer" problem. Thanks.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

Nokia N82 wifi printing

I was searching a wifi printing solution for my e51 & saw your post where you are unable to setup your N82 for wifi printing but OK with e51 wifi printing. Can you tell me the step-by-step procedure to configure e51 for wifi printing. I have wifi enabled
HP PhotoSmart C4385 All-in-one that is already setup with my laptop for wifi printing.

PDF Printing Problem With Edge

In order to assist you better could you please confirm a couple of things:

• How did you try to print?
• What happens when you try to print?
• Did you receive any error message?

Nevertheless, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if this helps:

• Open the PDF file which you want to print.
• Click on the Ellipses which is at the top right hand corner of the Edge Browser.
• Select Print option and then click ok.
