Windows 10: Printing queue block my peinting job

Discus and support Printing queue block my peinting job in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I've cancelled all printing documents in printing queue, but it does not response at all, it still exist there and block my printing of other document,...     Printing queue block my peinting job


    I've cancelled all printing documents in printing queue, but it does not response at all, it still exist there and block my printing of other document, really angry, how to settle it? although I've troubleshoot my printer many times, but that deleting document is still in printing queue.

    Hi Fred,

    I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Printer drivers and check.

    Follow the steps given here to uninstall the Printer Drivers.



    a) Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.

    b) Select Device Manager.

    c) Find and double-click Printer queues from the left panel to uninstall

    d) Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.

    e) Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.

    f) Restart the computer.

    Also refer the link and follow the suggestions.

    Delete print jobs from the print queue.

    Steps applicable to MFC J430w model too. Do let us know the status. Thank you.

    the computer says there is a document in the queue that is blocking my printer jobs I don't see a document. I am using Windows 10 with a brother wifi printer MFC J430w I can print with this printer using my I Pad

    print job still in queue

    When printing the job completes and is ejected as normal. Subsequent print jobs do not print.

    Checking the queue I find the successful job is still shown as "printing" so the subsequent jobs are stuck in the queue.

    Cancelling or deleting the job does not work. It switches to "Deleting" but does not clear.
