    I was having a fit because Printmaster would not run on Windows 10. I have thousands of projects created and was told that they would not import to an updated version of Printmaster. I then came across this link, downloaded it, ran it, and I am proud to say that I now have Printmaster running on Windows 10. I hope this is helpful for those of you who use this program!

    printmaster 17 not working

    Neither PrintMaster 17 nor PrintMaster 18 is fully-compatible with Windows 10 Version 1703 or higher - at least according to this fairly recent, archived discussion =>
    Windows 10 Compatibility of much older Program

    If PrintMaster 17 was working prior to installing the (Fall?) Creators Update, you were just lucky.

    PS: This page suggests that PrintMaster v8 Platinum is supported in Win10 but I wouldn't put money on it =>

    I understand that you having an issue with installing Printmaster 16 on Windows 10. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
    It may not work due to some incompatibility issues.

    I would like to know the details below to assist you better.


    • Do you get any error message/code?
    I would suggest you to Printmaster 16in compatibility mode
    and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

    a. Right click the installation file and then click
    properties.

    b. Click compatibility tab.

    c. Click to check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" box
    and select Windows 8.

    d. Click apply and ok.

    Now, you may install the program.

    Printmaster 16 incompatability with Windows 10

    Try uninstalling Microsoft Net Framework 1.1 and then reinstalling Printmaster 16. It worked for me.
