Windows 10: Probabilistic loss of search boxes

Probabilistic loss of search boxes (which seems to be a problem with 7D, but not with previous versions).

Please confirm the fix plan. Will it be fixed on 20H1? Is there a chance to get the KB on 19H1?

• 
  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  Go to Cortana.
  
• 
  Click on show search box.
  

Now check if you are able to find search box.

• Click Show search box.

I would suggest you to run search and indexing troubleshooter
and check. Please follow these steps:

• Right click on Start and select Control panel.
• Find troubleshooting and click on it.
• Click "View all" and then click "Search and Indexing".
  
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.
