Windows 10: problem in upgrading and updating my win 8.1 to win 10

my window resource protection is corrupted when i update my genuine win 8 to win 8.1 no update is showing in window update checking in control panel its searching for updates endlessly and found nothing always showing checking for updates for hours . i troubleshoot everything but help nothing to me i tried to upgrade my pc to win 10 by creating media tool but after downloading and installing it said my graphic driver amd raedon hd 7550/7650M graphics is not compatible to window 10 . resetting pc twice also dont help me please tell me what to do now. earlier i was successful in upgrading win 10 once but after win october update its showing compatiblity problems with my graphic driver as mentioned above

Win 10 1607 update

Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.

Fresh Install of Win 10 without Serial Key?

Looking to reformat a laptops HDD, and then reinstall Win 10 fresh. The problem is it came pre-installed with Win 8 and I did the free upgrade to Win 10. How exactly would I re-format the HDD, reinstall Win 10 and ensure it reactivates properly? I don't see a Win 8 serial key anywhere in the contents of the box.
