Windows 10: Problem installing matlab 2019b on window 10 pro 64 bit

I have trouble installing matlab 2019B.
When i enter key and click next.

On first click nothing happens, on next click installation screen disapperas. When i check the task manager, matlab installer in running but nothing happening on screen. I waited long also but nothing. Here is screen where problem arises:


Tried disabling window antivirus, no other antivirus, disable firewall, sfc /scannow return no error, no startup item in msconfig.

Maintenance shows all drives ok.

I have install of Windows 10 Enterprise (64 bit). I have also successfully installed the Java Runtime Environment (v9.Build.83.x64).

The problem is, I cannot install any version of Matlab on the PC. I have tried to install different versions. Each one of the installations were stuck when click on setup of Matlab,
The installation does not run
Java programs and only its icon in the taskbar
is shown but would not run. Also
causing the PC to freeze and making me to force run task manager and end task setup of Matlab. I do install and uninstall java but ... .Please help me. Thank you.

Downloaded a Windows 10 pro 64 bit but turn to a 32 bit Windows 10, Why?

My Window 10 pro 64 bit was upgraded from Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.

But I would like to clean re-install the Windows 10 pro 64 bit to a new SSD drive.

After I downloaded iso file from Microsoft and try set up to date.

Despite sovled the problem of a bug of Multiprocessor_configuration_not _supported problem. And installed the Windows 10 using quick install option.

The Windows turn to a 32 bit Windows 10 and not a pro version.

What did i missed in the steps?

And how can I fix this problem?
