  1. problem moving my windows

I need help, a few days ago I reinstalled windows on my computer and I can not move windows that are maximized, nor can I drag them to any of the sides to maximize it, every time I need to move a window I have to deminimize and move it. When I want to move a window from one monitor to the other I have to minimize the window move it and maximize it again on the other monitor. If anyone has a solution I thank you.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
