    Hi, I've been having a problem with my computer in the past few days. Every time I try to open any ".exe" file or regular function on windows that has the admin shield icon what ever i try to open it from weather its the desktop the file manager of the properties panel of some file that page freezes for a while and later i get a message: " Windows cannot access the specified path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." This has been preventing me from installing any programs outside of steam or origin. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with a solution to this problem, THANKS!*Smile

    Program Installers does not work after Upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprize

    I upgraded my PC to Win 10 Enterproze

    I continued to download and install products like like SQL server Data Tools and Sql Sertver Management Console. (Some other products as well).

    The installers runs a bit and then just dies.

    • These applications install 100% on a Win 2012 Server.
    • I tried upgrading the .NET Framework, but I already have 4.5 installed and it wont let me downgrade
    I get the errors below in the event logs:
