Windows 10: Problem pairing Bluetooth device headphones Sony WH-CH700N

Hello, I have a problem with the bluetooth pairing of my headphones Sony WH-CH700N. My laptop is an HP Pavilion with Windows 11 Home Single Language installed on december 2021. However, this problem began when I had Windows 10 and dowloaded some system updates, because before that, I had no problems pairing the device.I turn on the headphones and I'm able to pair them with other devices such as cellphones, wich recognize my headphones as "WH-CH700N", but when I turn on the bluetooth on my laptop and try to pair the device: 1 it takes very long for the headphones to be detected by the laptop,

Hello, I just got Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my HP Elitebook 840 g6 running Windows 10. The problem i am facing is the device is not getting recognized as headphone/headset. Its getting paired and
working fine with my One Plus 5 and other devices.

I followed this thread but now i am lost on what to do as this wasn't much helpful:

Hello, I just bought Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my Dell XPS Destktop running Windows 10. The problem I'm facing is that they don't play any sound, video, or anything. My PC doesn't recognize it as an audio device. When I go to Sound
and Playback, they are there but show as disconnected. I tried unpairing them and pairing them again many times, but didn't fix anything. I tried the Troubleshoot on Sound and Bluetooth, but didn't do anything. I tried to reset the headphones to factory settings,
also nothing. More importantly, they worked with other devices and smartphones. Like I said, the problem seems that the Windows 10 (which up to date) doesn't see them as an audio device (headphones, headset). and I got old bluetooth headphones that still work
and show as a headphones device.

Any solution for weird problem?
