  1. Problem Resetting P.C.

I reset my P.C and now I'm at a point where it says there is an issue getting the P.C ready to use. It tells me that an update will help and in order to update it wants me to connect to an internet and click "Next" and after clicking "Next" the update will install. There are 3 ways to connect to the internet. Wireless, With a wire, or pressing the button on your router and having the P.C connect. I have tried all 3 ways and after clicking "Next" it tells me to "Wait a moment" and then it restarts and brings me right back to the blue screen telling me an update will help. have reset my P.C before and this did not happen. If anybody knows how to fix this issue please help. If you need any pictures or more information please reply.

    :)

    Hi,

I would suggest you try performing a clean boot and observe the issue. Clean Boot
    helps in eliminating software conflicts.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Note:

After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the computer to start as usual.

    Run the SFC.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Open Command Prompt.
    • Select “Run as Administrator”.
    • Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit
      Enter.
    Now check for the issue.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
