Windows 10: Problem Scanning

Message I receive from Windows Scan isroblem Scanning Something went wrong. Please try againThe scanner shows an image in the Preview mode. But when I try to Scan, the above message results.I have updated drivers. Reinstalled printer. My printer is HP Laserjet Pro MFP M127fw.

Hello,

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
