Windows 10: Problem updating to Windows 11.

I have used the checker and my computer is capable of running Windows 11. I have followed the MS instructions to go to Windows Updates to check and all I see are the words, 'You're up to date.'. I'm currently on Version 21H1 OS Build 19043.1469. Is there not an option to go somewhere and just hit a 'Download' button?Anyone have any ideas?Thanks in advance.

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
