Windows 10: Problem updating windows 10 from version 1909 to version 20H2

Hello all,


I have been working with Windows 10 tech support for almost a week now level 1 & 2. The issue I am having is that I have not been able to update my Windows 10 from 1909 to 20H2. We even did a fresh install of Windows that erased all of my files I have them backed up on an external hard drive. An error is occurring in the boot phase. I have asked on at least 2 occasions to be escalated to a level 3 technician, and yet I have not gotten a call back from them. When I call Microsoft back to find out what happened to my level 3 call back, there is no record of my case having been escalated to anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding to how I can get my issue resolved? Is there a US based technical support team? I am having issues on occasion with understanding the accents. Otherwise, the support has been competent. At this point level 2 the problem solving solutions appears to be stalled, and I have grown frustrated after almost a week and multiple case numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

Updating Win 10 1909 to 20H2 directly, will there be any problems?

It is perfectly fine to update from version 1909 to version 20h2, no need to install version 2004, I just updated two of my laptops from 1909 and absolutely no problems on either, the update went smoothly on both

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.

Windows 10 version 20H2

I down loaded windows 10 version 20H2 and now many games I play on FB are VERY slow. The games worked ok on version 2004. Question if I down load version 2004 will it override version 20H2, or do I need to remove version 20H2 prior to downloading version
2004?
