Windows 10: Problem when installing Halo Wars 2 ! Please help !

I bought Halo Wars 2 from an local store 4 discs and when I tried to insall it i did this while logged on my microsoft account i clicked on REDEEM CODE while installing, the browser linked me to the redeem.microsoft.com site and entered the valid code found on the back of the card I got in the CD box. Meanwhile in the install kit it verified Synching account and told me it was unsuccesfull. I installed it anyway by clicking next but now it won't start due to the 0x803F8001 error. Please tell me what to do, I tried reading reviews on your help section, stopped the windefender / antivirus, I tried reinstalling it again and again but the same problem persists!

Halo Wars 2 saving problem

Hey Aaron, thank you for replying but I've already tried doing all of the things listed on the link. The only major change was halo war 2 downloading an update after which everything went sideways. I've also tried resolving the issue by looking into halo
way point but i haven't found anything that could help me.

The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is not included in the bundle. This may be the reason why you're encountering issues installing the content. To get this item, you'll need to purchase it separately. Refer to the following links for more information:
