Windows 10: Problem whit DirectX 12, I think...

Hi, I have a problem whit my computer, tecently I buy a new graphic card the Rx 7600XT, and I have a problem whit DirectX 12 I think. This happens when I'm playing Forthnite or Wutering Waves whit directX 12, when I'm playing using directX 12 my pc shut down and tries to reboot, and in the motherboard the LED VGA turns on. But when I am playing whit directX 11 nothing happens. Right now I'm windows 10 BTW. I have tried a lot of things like installing old drivers, downloading the newest drivers,passing from win 11 to win 10, eliminating all of my ssd, and do my own searching in internet but I c

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1:

I suggest you to check the DirectX Version installed on your system.

Follow the below steps to check the DirectX Version:

• Press Windows key + R from the Desktop.
• Type dxdiag and hit Enter.
• Check the DirectX Version.

Step 2:

I suggest you to update the Graphic driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R on the Keyboard.
• Type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Select Graphic driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.

DirectX 12

Hello, I want to ask what's happening with DirectX 12 and which GPUs will have full support because I was thinking of buying a GTX 770 but this DirectX 12 think is stopping me to buy a GPU from 700 series and spend more to GTX 960 which is more expensive but also slower in my country. So what are your suggestions guys?

DirectX 12 Ultimate features will work only if you have a GPU which supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. Please check your GPU manufacturer(Intel, AMD, Nvidia) website for the list of supported GPUs and the driver updates to enable the features.
