Windows 10: problem whith my product key

hello,sorry i am not good in english but i will try my best to explain you my situation; so i am trying to create a bootable key of windows 10 with an USB key of 10Go but throught the process i have been asked to insert my product key in order to download an iso image but i try it many times in vain, i do not know where is the matter seriously so i need your help.Thank you beforehand

Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue:

Steps:

• Press and hold Windows key + R.
• Type ‘slui 3’.
• Enter your old product key and try to change product key
• Use the new product and check if you are able to activate.

i know the product id but forget the product key

There is still a way to search for your product key. Kindly follow the steps below for you to know your product key:

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (admin)
• Enter the following command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Then hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it.
