Windows 10: problem with adding account

Discus and support problem with adding account in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; hey, I can't add a microsoft account on my windows 10 pc, the window simply does not show up, i trying literally everything, so, can you help?...     It does work fine with pop.

    It has a problem with 2 step authentication. What is the domain?
    Is your username the same as email address?

    Remove account


    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    My apologies, got it working but I'd never dream of using it.
    I have to click this

    then select either my MS account or my POP account before I can view my emails.

    It's horrible, it's like a phone app. Thunderbird for me.
