Windows 10: PROBLEM with advpack.dll when i want install money2005 qfe3

hello

i am a windows insider fast and when i changed for a new version, money cease working.

I uninstall money and now windows 10 do not want to reinstall it with error on advpak.dll.

IF somebody knows tell me how to do?

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
