Windows 10: Problem with automatic connection of internet

In our area, we experience frequent power-cut so the internet connection is disturbed. The problem is that after the power supply resumes, my internet connection doesn't connect automatically. It shows internet connections are available but didn't connect automatically. Even if I tried to manually connect it shows "Can't connect to the internet". I have to restart my computer to connect.

I even updated my drivers but the problem persists.

May I know the solution to this problem?

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.

Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service is unable to start automatically on boot?

We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps that YanisLukes
did to resolve the same issue.

To update your network adapter, you can follow these steps:

• 
  Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select
  it from the list of results.
  
• 
  Expand the category where your device is located, then right-click on the name of your device, and select Update Driver Software.
  
• 
  Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
  

If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If updating the device driver doesn't work, we suggest that you reinstall the driver: 

• 
  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Right-click on the name of the device.
  
• 
  Select Uninstall. 
  
• 
  Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
