Windows 10: Problem with certificate for my web email

    Problem with certificate for my web email


    I know I have the correct settings. I keep getting a message saying that there is a problem with the certificate with my isp email account on windows 10.
    How can I fix this? I've deleted the account and re-added it back on. I've double-checked the settings and they're fine.
    At my wits end.

    Cannot connect to my university EDUroam on my HTC 8x phone?

    Please, this is a montrous problem for many people. I can't even install the needed certificates, neither from web pages links, nor through email, nor through skydrive. The case is the certificate is in my phone but there's n o way to access it to install
    and validate it.

    Mango can't sync with Exchange Server 2003 SP2

    This sounds similar to a problem I had. Try logging into your Exchange email with Outlook Web Access and read all of your unread mail. Mine started working after that.

    Also if your Exchange server uses a self signed SSL certificate you might need to email yourself a copy of the .cer file to another web based email account, check your email on your phone and click on the certificate file attachment. Once the certificate
    is installed it will let you connect and check your mail. I'm not sure if Mango added the ability to just accept the untrusted SSL certificate or not.
