Windows 10: Problem with Computer running slow.

I had my Surface Book 2 for a little more than 8 months probably and had a major issue which started a few months ago


My computer runs super fast most of the time until it hits 50% battery life. It then starts to get super low and is almost everytime only resolved when I plug in my charger and then is suddenly way faster. I looked at some YouTube videos, but none of them were helpful in any shape or form.

Does anyone know a possible solution to this issue?

  What makes you think that system is running slow? Is it when you are trying to run application?

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X from the desktop.

  Select Control panel and Select System and Security.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot common computer problems under System and maintenance.

  Now Run maintenance task under
