Windows 10: Problem with computer stutters

So recently I upgraded my computer I bought a new gigabyte motherboard, pc case, cpu cooler, power supply, and ram. The first day it was working just as expected. Then days after that I started to notice stutters while doing anything. I would be watching YouTube and my computer would freeze for half a second and the audio would glitch out it would also happen while playing games. I decided to factory reset my computer and the same thing is happening and also I am experiencing a lot of lag and slowness. I updated my graphics card and I got the app center for my gigabyte my computer is fine in temperature I also have Nvidia all up to date so I am kinda lost on what to do.

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

Computer stuttering then freezing

Suggest you to let us know the details of that update after which you started experiencing these issues.

Follow these steps to open the “view update history” screen:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Update.
  

You will find “view update history” option in the left panel.

Further if you notice a similar trend in performance issues over different computers then you may also leave a feedback using the Feedback app.
