Windows 10: Problem with Computer

COMPUTER: Dell G3 3500Graphics Card: Intel UHD Graphics & NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 TiCPU: Intel Core i5Alright sooooo, Coulden't start game, Graphics card randomly coulden't meet its minimum requirements, but uh. I reinstalled such game, reopened....same thing. And now, When I go into Device manager After restarting, My GTX 1650 Ti, is hidden, and when i open it's properties, it says "Currently, This hardware Device is not connected to the computer. Code 45. To Fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. And Whenever I would see if it had to be updated, it was

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

You didn't list your OS

You are on rule/step 1. Go through the list until you're done.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
