Windows 10: Problem with Facebook since April 2019 forced updates

Since the updates a couple of days ago, when I open up Facebook, I have no newsfeed - only an invitation to join Facebook. I can see my personal timeline, but not the newsfeed where my friends have posted. So sick of problems after updates.

Please note the following information regarding the security updates:

A list of the latest servicing stack updates for each operating system can be found in ADV990001. This list will be updated whenever a new servicing stack update is released. It is important to install the latest servicing stack update.

Windows 10 updates are cumulative. The monthly security release includes all security fixes for vulnerabilities that affect Windows 10, in addition to non-security updates. The updates are available via the Microsoft Update Catalog.

Updates for Windows RT 8.1 and Microsoft Office RT software are only available via Windows Update.

April 2019 Driver Update ... Was it released on April 1, 2019 to some users?

Was this update to be done on April 1, 2019. I received updates and was not sure if this was a correct update or not. It updated many drivers. Thanks
