Windows 10: Problem with iCloud installation

I was forced to do a clean install of Windows 10 and then tried to install iCloud. But in the middle of the process I encountered an error with code 0x80073715 and the installation process started again.

Can you explain how to fix this problem?

No error messages on download but the below when trying to install





The is a problem with the Windows Installer package.

A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

  followed the trouble shooting steps via the 'properties' section of the programme application
