Windows 10: problem with installing programs/apps or cancelling install or apps failing to install...

I have been having this problem after unencrypting my drive but I can't get any thing to install other then that it works fine using it to write this, I also sat for hours waiting for the remove the encryption, even if I get past the preparing it still fails to work the programs/apps after the install, I also can't Cancel installation of a program, I have to go to Task Management to end task to force the window and installation downI also tried to clone my drive with a program before the decryption the other drive was unusable after cloning because of the encryption software I had to put the

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Having such hard time installing this Driver

I have a OurLink RTK8192 Wireless Adapter and I've tried everything in the book but nothing seems to work and yes I've gone through the CD and there's no Install App. for Linux only for Windows though i have installed on there.

Give me A step-by-step copy/paste guide please
