  1. Problem with Microsoft Store

    I bought halo wars 2 for windows on PC about a year ago. In about September time and then again in October, I bought 2 DLC for the game (Sgt Johnson leader pack, then Commander Jerome leader pack). I played them for months no problem. A few weeks ago, I reset my computer and installed halo wars 2 again, I tried to install the DLC again but it said I had to buy them again. I tried a few fixes but nothing worked. My order history only showed halo wars 2, but no DLC. So I contacted the online support team. I was with a guy for an hour and a half and explained everything. He told me there was no evidence to show that I bought any DLC on my account and that maybe I used a different account. I showed him 1 bank transfer and my gamertag shows achievements that you can only obtain through owning the DLC at the same time as the bank transfer. I was getting no-where, so I decided to ring up and explained everything. The guy told me the same thing, but then he went and said wait on the line. I waited but the call ended after about a minute on hold. I gave the guy my phone number, but I never got a call back. I really don't know what to do about this issue now. I've shown enough evidence to prove I played both DLC and that I bought something from the Microsoft store for the same price as the DLC. I don't want to trust buying anything again.
