    Problem with mouse and keyboard


    So my mouse and keyboard stop responding entierly when i get to the log-in screen. They both light up during startup, and work in the bios/troubleshooting menu, but turn off when the login screen comes up. I think i happens when I update windows, but it wont let me roll back the latest feature or quality update, saying i should reset it instead. I've tried everything in the troubleshooting menu but nothing fixes it. Any help would be appreciated!
