Windows 10: problem with my Realtek RTL8188FTV Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter

i have 2 wifi adapters, both are Realtek, im using the one i bought since with relativly better (higher download and upload speeds) but at random times it will turn off and back on?

It was working fine but had a poor download and upload speed when it was in the front of my PC, but when i moved it to the back of my PC (gets higher D&U speeds in back) it will randomly turn off and back on. it gets real annoying!

Is their a way i can fix this without moving it back to the front? I suspect that if i have to, then i would need to move my desk so it faces the wifi router.

EDIT:

so update, its the wifi adapter itself, i plugged it in the front to test what it will do and it did its thing shortly after

Windows 10 does not enable Realtek RTL8188FTV Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 Home 1909 version. I purchased a Realtek RTL8188FTV USB 2.0 Wireless adapter. My PC recognized the adapter, but it keeps it disabled. I updated the driver to it's latest version of 2018, yet the issue persists.

I have also disabled "USB Selective suspended setting" in Advanced Power Options. The WiFi button in the Network icon of the taskbar appears sometimes, but only for a second. I need help.

REALTEK USB Wireless LAN Adapter setup failed.

I have been trying to setup a wireless USB adapter from 2 days but i'm failed. It's a "USB 2.0 Wireless 802.11N" Lan Adapter. When i connect it to computer it's driver showing up to the device manager for a few seconds and then vanish. Sometime the driver
stay up a long time but i can't configure Wifi. When i connected it, in device manager under network adapter it shows "Realtek RTL8188FTV Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter" some time it comes up with a yellow sign. I'm tried to setting it. My computer
windows version is 10 pro and it is up to date.





it's a picture of 300 Mbps but mine is 600 Mbps.

One more thing when i setup the driver from CD included with the adapter its installed but the problem remain the same.

 

is it possible to edit windows route table.



From the picture,it can be clearly seen that
RealTek RTL8187B Wireless 802.11b/g USB 2.0 Network Adapter
is not disabled but
RealTek RTL8188FTV Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter
is dimmed and disabled.
and when one right clicks RealTek RTL8188FTV Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter in device manager.
go to properties--------------------------------> Event Tab has this message
Device USB\VID_0BDA&PID_F179\00E0262E5A7F requires further installation.
Now what does it mean "further installation"
