Windows 10: Problem with Outlook 2013 and Mail (32-bit)

I have gone to CONTROL PANEL ---> MAIL (32-bit) and select E-mail Accounts

If I do a repair on hotmail.com account I get message saying we are having trouble connecting to account. Verify the settings and make changes if necessary.

I also have a Microsoft Exchange account which has no issues.

If I delete Microsoft Exchange account which I can and then try to delete hotmail.com account I am not able to delete it.

On another laptop I do not get this issue.

Anybody know how to resolve issue.

I am using Microsoft Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19042 Build 19042.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2013 to view hotmail.com account and Microsoft Exchange Account.

Office 2013 Outlook 32 bit

I'm an windows 10 insider with a problem with my Office outlook. My Office 2013 ran just fine last year until the middle of November. At that time I could not receive any incoming emails. I could and still can send out going emails and occasionally receive maybe one email a week. Had to revert to web mail from my provider until the bugs were worked out of windows mail, witch I am not very fond of. I've seen better 3rd party email programs then that. It has always bugged me that my Word, Power point, Access, and Excel work just fine but not the Outlook after November 2015.
The one program I uses the most. Today while checking the settings of a theme package, I found out that my Outlook was listed as " Office 2013 Outlook 32 bit." I'm running Windows 10 on my 64 bit Dell as a 64 bit system.
Does anyone have an idea how I can get the Outlook of my Office to run as a 64 bit program or what else I could do to get it to run other than a viewer?*Sad

 

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

 

Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit) & Outlook 2016 (32 Bit)

I recently uninstalled Office 2016 64 bit due to incompatibility with other software and installed Office 32 bit. However, now Windows 10 isn't recognising any default mail app.

For example: Right click file → Send to → Mail Recipient returns the following error:

Examining Control Panel, you can see on the LHS that the "Mail" option is somewhat unavailable. Selecting it results in Application Not Found

This painfully means I can't perform functions such as scan to email, or bundle up a file directly into outlook.

Steps I've taken in fixing this issue include:

1. Removing registry keys from old install
   
2. Uninstall and re-install
   
3. Removal of Gsuite GSync
   
4. Attempt to re-install 64 bit
   
5. System restore
   
6. Check default protocols
   
7. Check default programs
   
8. Check default apps
