Windows 10: Problem with Tecware Q5 7.1 USB headset WIN.10

Hello,
I've recently bought a Tecware Q5 7.1 USB headset - https://www.tecware.co/q5
Windows can detect the headset but it says that Driver is Unavailable, I updated all the drivers and when I configure the audio devices - Sound - playback there's only one device which is the realtek digital output, I also tried all the usb ports.

I also downloaded the latest software for the headset and installed it and when I run it, the software says that The device has not been detected

I've tried many solutions found on internet but nothing happened.

I've been trying to look solutions for almost 1 week and I really need to get this headset working.

Headset problems

We'd like to verify a few information regarding the problem you encountered with your USB headset.

• Is this the first time you're trying to install or connect your USB headset to your computer?
• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port on your computer?
• When you connected your headset, did the PC recognize it?

To help us isolate and address the issue, we suggest that you perform the hardware troubleshooter. Follow the steps below:

• Open your Control Panel.
  
• Under System and Security, click Find and fix problems.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Hit Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Headset USB not recognised Win 10

This is what the Device manager is showing me when i expand the USB list, The issue is i do not know where my headset is on this list, i have 5 USB cables going into my computer, one of which is the headset, but when i remove it and put it back in, there
is no change to this page, even when i scan for hardware changes. if there is a general driver for all USB's then i would install that but im not sure there is. i have turned the option on to show hidden devices, just incase it was there, but no luck.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
