Windows 10: problem with the soundbar

My new mini soundbar doesn’t work with Windows 10 desktop. I bought this soundbar because my old speakers didn’t work with my desktop and a Chromebook. This new sound bar works perfectly well with the Chromebook but don’t work with the desktop. I tried to reinstall Realtek drivers and changed Realtek setting. But it doesn’t help.

I suggest you to try running audio troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.

Unfortunately I can't really budge on 2.5" maybe I could place the soundbar above the TV. Where is the best place to put a soundbar?

the drivers in my Definitive Technology soundbar are 3 1/4" so..
