Windows 10: Problem with update KB4507453

After downloading the KB4507453 update package, the windows requires a restart to complete the update. However, this update only reaches 6%, then the pc restarts, showing "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes" message.
I have tried the following solutions, with no success:
1. Windows update troubleshooter.

2. Running DISM and File checker.

3. Installing the update manually.

4. Removing the SoftwareDistribution folder's contents.

5. Disabling unnecessary processes.


After trying all these solutions, the issue still persists.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

cant updat after downloading kb4507453

after updating to kb4507453 my updates stops it just lags on checking updates i uninstall kb4507453 my updates work but downloads the update again and does not do updates whats the fix

Once again there are problems with Windows 10 1903 updates.

Two or so weeks ago KB4501375 failed to install, and this still shows in the Update listing as failed. error code 0x800f0904.

Yesterday and today KB4507453 failed to install after several retries. error code 0x800f0904.

At least the error codes are common, although the fix may be more difficult.

Is the latest update failure related to the KB4501375 install failure? i.e. is the first update required before the second?

during the update, the antivirus product is disabled completely, but not uninstalled. This seems to be a new requirement with Windows 10, 1903. In the past all that was required was to run antivirus in "silent mode" and disable "tamper protect".

Windows update KB4507453 not offered

On the latest Patch Tuesday, I was not offered the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 KB4507453. I followed the instructions in

this thread, I was never offered the update and when I tried to manually install it, I was told that "This update doesn't apply to your computer" or something like that.

My current version of Windows is Version 1903 OS Build 18362.10000. KB4507453's description says that it updates the OS OS Build 18362.239

There is also a strange greyed out entry in my update history. It says:

Cumulative Update for Window 10 Version Next (10.0.18362.1000) (KB4508451)

Successfully installed on 7/3/2019

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
