  1. Problem with video

I'm not really sure where I should ask about this, but I guess this is as good of a place as any....

Since last week I've been having some problems with video streaming YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, etc.. Whenever I start a video, it takes a long time to buffer. I have to refresh the page several times for it to start. Sometimes the videos start playing right away, but it usually doesn't take long for them to start acting up again. Everything else is working just fine, it's just the videos. Before last week everything was running smoothly, then all of the sudden this happened. It's not my internet connection, all my drivers are up-to-date, and I've performed a clean reinstall of Windows, yet the problem still persists.

Only when I start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking, the problem goes away. At least on YouTube, since all other video platforms seem to require HTML5, which doesn't seem to be active in Safe Mode. So right now I'm quite stumped. I can't figure out what it is that is causing this problem.

    Here are my system specs:

    Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    AMD Ryzen 5 1600

    16G RAM

    ASUS Prime B350-PLUS

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6G

Around the same time this problem started, I replaced my RAM, updated my BIOS and installed a second hard disk. I'm pretty sure none of them are causing the problem, since I tried running the computer with the old RAM and an older version of BIOS, and the problem didn't go away.

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

  4. Problem with video

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

    Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

    Flashing the CMOS

    Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
