    Problem with windows apps


    My problem is very confusing for me and hard to explain, I couldn't find any answer for it on the internet. So my problem is only in Windows apps, windows start etc. and not in any other apps. It also magically works perfect after pc restart for randomly between 15 minutes and a few hours. Pc restart to fabric settings 2 times also didn't solve the problem. I have my laptop 2 years and this issue appeared like one year ago. So the problem is when it starts, when I click for example on start, then it looks like I am clicking arrows to switch between things etc. this white square appears over t
