Windows 10: Problem with windows built-in apps, and windows

Hello,Around 3 months ago, windows installed a new update namely 20h2. At first, everything seemed fine; it was until after 2-3 weeks where my laptop didn't show the desktop screen and their apps. So I searched around the net and found a solution. It worked well for around 2-3 days. But then after that, the problem came up again, So eventually, after trial and error, I found a way where I had to restart the system after every startup and close it for 15 mins, and it magically shows my desktop and my apps. While all this was happening, I had assumed something was wrong with the Windows S

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
