    Hola,

    Entiendo que vd tiene Office 2013 (Word, Excel, etc.), instalado en version 32 bits y que quiere subirlo a la version 2013 de 64 bits.

    Me parece que no hay otra solucion que la siguiente:

    - de-instalar complatemente Office 2013 del ordenador,

    - utilizar ese programo de Microsoft para limpiar completamente despues de la de-instalcion (https://aka.ms/diag_officeuninstall).

    - reboot el PC,

    - instalar Office en la version 64 bits.

    , vengo desesperadamente porque quiero actualizar mi computadora de 32 a 64 bits porque quiero jugar algunos juegos solo para 64 bits y cuando lo actualizo se formateará y no tengo usb o discos vacíos o no alcanzan los espacios, necesito información
    sobre eso
