Windows 10: Problems installing KB5013941 on Win10 LTSC 2019 1809 x86

Hi,I have been trying different things for 2 days to get KB5013941 to install on Win10 LTSC 2019 1809 x86, without success. Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.

  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release

OpenSSH as an optional feature on Windows LTSC 2019 OS

From this Windows LTSC 2019 - 1809, I gather that the LTSC 2019 has features equivalent to Windows 10, 1809, further affirmed by this statement -

However, I am not certain, if this extends also to the availability of optional features, such as Windows' own OpenSSH implementation, which is listed as an optional feature on 1803 and 1809.

Without having the actual OS in hand, is there someplace where this information, whether optional features present within the base Windows 10 1809 Pro, have made their way into the long term service channel version, is provided, perhaps a compatibility matrix provided by Microsoft?

 

Upgrading from Windows 10 LTSC 1809 to another version

I get that LTSB and LTSC's whole thing is that "stability" side of things. But since 1809 is incredibly buggy and royally sucks, I want to know if there is a way to move LTSC to a different version.

Trying to deploy LTSC 2019 (1809) on my campus but the stupid default programs bug is straight up bricking explorer, effectively turning the computer into a potato. Need a different version.
