Windows 10: Problems installing KB5030214 Win10 LTSC 2023_09 Cumulative update over KB5014692 2022_06...

I've been trying to install the September 2023 Win10 LTSC. It works when updating older systems running KB4592440 2020-12 Cumulative updates, but fails on systems running KB5014692 2022_06 Cumulative with VS2105 redistributable installed. It gets stuck on the "windows-10-black-screen-with-spinning-circle-dots" screen -> gets to 100% slowly and then never reboots. Manually rebooting brings me back to "windows-10-black-screen-with-spinning-circle-dots"I've tried updating the .NET and VC redistributables prior to update no help.I've tried uninstalling VC2105 redistributables prior t

Latest win10 Update 1803 cant install?

I am having a issue with this update,. I fallow the steps via windows update, DL the update, shows install. ask me to reboot pc. after reboot its start the update install pc reboot several times. On the last time, I get a message saying" Restoring windows to previous version". Then it takes me back to windows, and i get a message update could not be installed.
In windows update-control panel it shows update waiting for reboot. i click on it and does same thing. after install it restore to previous version. what is going on?
I have disable windows firewall for time being.

Z97 Pro gamer MB 4790k @4.7 DDR3 2400 RAM Win10 x64 M.2 and SSD.

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Can I upgrade from Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC

Hi all,

I am looking to understand if it is possible to "upgrade" from Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC. We have some devices that currently are in use with Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC installed. As this version is now out of support and not receiving all updates we are hoping to change to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC as an in place upgrade or similar method that will not cause us to lose data. Is it as simple as changing to a relevant licence key or more involved?
