Windows 10: problems playing games on my computer

I'm having problems trying to play some of my games, on my computer with windows 10, the games ask for administrative access, I've changed the access to run as administrator, I even changed it on "cmd" with the same result the games won't play, even in compatibility mode. Is there anyway I can load them on to the computer, from the disc's & avoiding the admin access to play them, the game are Uru, heritage of the kings & broken sword 3, I had no trouble with them before I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode from Manufacturer's website, if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the
  Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.
