Windows 10: Problems with Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems KB4560960...

Hello,

I have a problem with the KB4560960 & KB4497165 updates for quite a few months now, as the update attempts have become more persistent.


If I use Windows Update, it will get to a certain part in the installation after restarting, then reverse all changes and comes back with the error code: "0x80070003" for both.


To remedy the situation I have tried the following things:

a Resetting Windows Update components through Command Prompt. - No success


b Repair Install/Upgrade with Windows 10 Media Tool - This doesn't work, as I get the following:

"This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10.

Your PC settings aren't supported yet on this version of Windows 10. Microsoft is working to support your settings soon. No action is needed. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows 10 automatically when these settings are supported.".

-This is quite rightly the most annoying. The tooltips do not offer anything in relation and 'PC Settings' are far too vague What do I need to change to make it compatible!?!?


c ISO install - same problem as above.


d Windows Upgrade Assistant - Error: 0x1900209 Apparently a folder called "Battleye" can cause this - I don't have this folder.



As you can see none have been successful.

I would like to ask a couple of questions in regards to troubleshooting - would a Repair Install of 1903 build, then/or 1906 build work? Where would I find these, as I can see no version history to download previous builds? Would the ADK be useful?

I want to keep all apps, programs and personal data, so would prefer not to do a fresh install, if at all possible.

If someone has something else which can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

 

Update error 0x800f081f for 2020-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4532693)

I'm getting this error for the update. I've tried a few suggested solutions, wiped and started windows again... nothing works. Any ideas?
