  2. Dual Monitors not working in Windows 10

<Original Title: Dual Monitors not working>

I had dual monitor setup that worked no problems with Windows 7, after making the jump to Windows 10 though, the dual monitor setup won't work. It's not that the second monitor doesn't show anything, the problem is that both monitors are displaying the exact
same thing. Whenever I try to detect a second monitor it says that it didn't detect another display, and I also cannot change my resolution. I have an HP 2210m hooked up with a DVI cable and an RCA TV hooked up with a HDMI cable. Any help is appreciated.

  3. dual monitors problems

I have connected two monitors and both are displaying fine. But when I tried to open something (like an app or browser) with the second monitor, it shows up on the first monitor, not the second one. So basically I can't do anything with it. Please help.

Also, I can't seem to move apps from first monitor to the second one as well. Is it connected with the first problem?

Your cursor will appear to hit a brick wall it your two monitors aren't aligned properly, or one is bigger than the other. Go to Settings > System > Display. Click identify and check that your physical monitor placement matches where they are on that screen. Here is mine.

It may be hard to see but if I put my cursor in the top right corner of monitor 1, it won't move to monitor 2. It will stick in the corner until I move it down a little. You can only go from monitor to monitor where the two sides overlap (touch)
