    Problems with installing a security key


    Have tried to install a Yubi security key, but Microsoft keeps responding with "Your browser or operating system does not support this" Since I use Edge and my operating system is Windows 10 - 1809 build which supposedly are the correct browser and operating system I am at a loss as to why I cannot install the key. I have tried this on an older ASUS (also same browser and windows 10) and now a brand new Lenovo. Not sure what to do next as there is simply no advice or solution available on the Web. Just hoping someone here can help or am I doomed never to be able to do this? I might add that the same key has been used with Facebook and Google with no problems at all.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

    SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
