Windows 10: problems with my Windows

hi,


currently, my windows 10 version is 20H9, which I freshly installed in my new SSD. here I am facing some problems after a week of fresh installation of windows 10 20H9


1 I have a problem with my browsers which currently I am using, mostly I am using chrome and Microsoft edge. when I am opening a site or link 1st it showing like the page is not available and then after the refresh, it does not loading properly after again refresh is loading properly, and I am attaching some screenshots of my problem, this happening for so many times

every time I have to refresh 3 times in my browsers, I tried so many troubleshoots to set this problem but no use.


2 Sometimes my laptop is not detecting the keyboard itself, I don't know why this happening. This happening when I starting the laptop, then I am restarting the laptop all set it is detecting the keyboard and there is no problem with my keyboard. this happening after a fresh installation of OS, my previous version of OS is 1909, in the previous version of OS there is no problem. after a fresh installation, I am getting the issues.


3 and at the beginning of starting any program CPU usage going to 100%, after some time it is decreaseing to below 20%, And my CPU fan speed is increasing, decreasing it happening all the time,


for these problems, I checked all drivers and my manufacturer support site for drivers update, but still, I am facing problems

I need help to resolve these problems

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
