Windows 10: Problems with ten forums editor

I love the content on ten forums.

But the web software to compose and reply to messages is very frustrating! I am using the WYSIWYG editor.

In no particular order, here are my recent issues:

1) blank lines--why do I need to have 3 blank lines in the editor pane to produce 1 blank line in the final message that gets displayed? That is the opposite of "what you see is what you get".

This is especially frustrating because I often start composing my posts in TextPad, a nice Windows text editor. If I paste the text into this editor, no blank lines are in the final posted message--everything got jumbled together. This is very bad.

2) editor confusion--sometimes the editor does not respond to what I have been typing! This is hard to describe, but sometimes It seems to get confused. I have to try and break its confusion by clicking on something with my mouse and then start typing again.

3) how can I post separate replies? If the last response on a thread is mine, and I try to add a separate new reply (e.g. using Quick Reply), the forum software always appends my reply to my previous one; it is not a separate reply, but is an update to my last one. I hate this behavior! I have never seen this in any web forum software before. How can I stop this?

As an example, I started a thread on mystery shut downs I have been experiencing. As of 1 hour ago, I tried to reply to the last reply on that thread, which also happened to be by me. The forum software always forces my reply into my last one (see where it says "- - - Updated - - -"). I do not want that consolidation. It makes my new text hard to stand out.

Issues with Microsoft photo editor

I understand you are facing issues with Photo editor application, if you are using the Photo editor app which is downloaded from Microsoft Store, I suggest you to refer the following article and try few troubleshooting
steps to fix issues with Photo editor

Microsoft has replaced Photo Editor with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, a new photo editing and cataloging program in Office 2010, in Office 2007, and in Office 2003.

If the application has been removed from your PC, when you install Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2007, or Microsoft Office 2003, I suggest you to refer the following article to reinstall

Photo Editor and check if that helps.

Hey W1z, any comment on alternating row colors to make things easier to read in the thread lists?

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
