Windows 10: Problems with the Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1 Touch Screen

I have a notebook that has a touch screen, but the touch works randomly. It had no fall or impact. Initially it worked whenever a large number of hours went by without using it, but if the notebook was restarted, the touch would stop working. I always kept updating the notebook in the hope that it would return to normal, however it did not work, on the contrary, now it is not working at any time. I do not believe that it is something physical, but a system. Would anyone know of a version of the system or drivers that could help normalize? Thx

Dell Inspiron 13 5368 touch screen stopped working after Windows 10 upgrade

My Dell Inspiron 13 5368 suddenly lost its touch screen capability after a recent Win 10 upgrade (KB4023057). At least that is the latest update showing up on my laptop before the touch screen stopped working. I've researched online and already updated
the BIOS from Dell's site, tried uninstalling the HID-touch screen driver and re-starting the laptop, and running the Troubleshooter for hardware devices. Nothing seems to work, and I don't know if the Win 10 upgrade can be reversed. Please help if anyone
else has experienced this problem and knows the fix.

Where is Update 1809 for my Dell Inspiron 13-5368?

My Dell Inspiron 13-5368 still hasn't received Update 1809. Dell shows on their tested laptops list that this laptop supports Update 1809. What could be the delay?
